To prevent melting during transit in hot climates where temperatures reach 88 degrees or above, we offer a summer cold packaging option. By selecting this, your package will be equipped with a cool shield bubble wrap for added insulation and an ice pack that lasts up to 2 days.
For optimum results, we advise choosing 1-2 day shipping to maintain a cool temperature inside the package.
Please note that without the cool pack and expedited shipping, the product may melt in extreme heat. Kindly note that Pink Cove Candles cannot be held responsible for items shipped without a cool pack and 1-2 day shipping.

Are the food wax melts edible?
Though the wax melts look real, they are NOT edible please keep away from children and pets.
Do you accept returns?
We do NOT accept returns. ALL sales are final.
There is a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any issues, questions or concerns with the order notify the shop as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make the necessary corrections. We take great pride in our customer service and want our customers to love their products
What happens if my delivery status says the package has been delivered but I cannot locate the package
Contact USPS as soon as possible so they may assist you with locating the package.
Summer shipping
Cold packaging options are available in the hot months. We will not ship on Friday and Saturdays so we ensure the packages will not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend. We cannot guarantee the melts won't melt if they sit in your mailbox an extended amount of time or there is a delay in delivery that is out of our control.
Can I order melts that are less fragrant due to sensitivity to smells?
YES! Please add a note in the comment section when you place the order and we can cut the fragrant oil to make the melts more subtle.
What happens if I have a reaction to the products?
Stop using the product immediately and contact your physician.
What should I do if my wax melts are too strong?
We recommend letting them sit out for several days then add to a wax warmer.
What happens if my package is damaged by USPS?
Contact your local USPS office to file a damaged package claim.
